Terms of Service

The agreement between you and HLT Brands when you use this website or buy our services.

1. Who we are

These terms are between you (“Client”, “you”) and HLT BRANDS Household Business, a household business registered in Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam under business registration no. 040093006279 (“HLT Brands”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using our services you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide digital services including website audits, website fixes and maintenance, website design and build, paid advertising management, local SEO, social media content, market research and product-sourcing coordination. The scope, price and timeline of each service are described on our website or in a written quote. Anything not described there is out of scope.

3. Quotes and orders

Fixed-price services can be bought directly online. Larger projects start with a written quote; work begins only after you accept it in writing and pay any required deposit. Out-of-scope work is quoted before it starts or billed at $95/hour with your prior written approval.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment terms are set out in our Payment Policy. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the platform and are never included in our fees.

5. Subscriptions and cancellation

Care plans and marketing retainers renew monthly until cancelled. Any stated initial term applies first. You may cancel with 30 days written notice by emailing contact@hltbrands.com; there is no cancellation fee.

6. Your commitments

• Provide accurate information, content and timely access needed to do the work;
• Make sure the content, images and trademarks you give us are yours to use;
• Comply with the policies of the platforms we work on for you (for example Google and Meta).

7. Ownership

You own your domain, hosting, website, content and advertising accounts. On full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you. We may keep a copy for our records and, unless you ask us not to, mention the project in our portfolio. Third-party themes, plugins and tools remain subject to their own licences.

8. No guaranteed results

We commit to doing the agreed work to a professional standard and reporting honestly. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or revenue, which depend on factors outside our control.

9. Product sourcing

Our sourcing service is research and coordination only. We are not a manufacturer, seller, freight forwarder, customs broker, inspection agency or importer of record, and we never take title to goods. Payments to suppliers go directly from you to the supplier and are governed by that supplier’s terms. We cannot guarantee a supplier’s performance.

10. Warranty on builds

We fix defects in websites we build free of charge for 30 days after launch. This does not cover changes you or third parties make, new features, or problems caused by hosting or third-party services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.

12. Confidentiality

We keep your business information and account credentials confidential and use them only to deliver the services.

13. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We will always try to resolve disagreements informally first; if that fails, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Khanh Hoa Province, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date shown above.
