Payment Policy
How pricing, billing and payments work at HLT Brands.

1. Currency and prices
All prices on hltbrands.com are listed in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. If your bank or card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
2. Accepted payment methods
We accept payment through the secure payment options shown at checkout (such as major credit and debit cards and other supported methods). Card details are entered directly with our payment processor over an encrypted connection; HLT Brands never sees or stores your full card number.
3. When you are charged
- Fixed-price services (Website Health Check, Quick Fix): paid in full when you order.
- Care plans and retainers: billed monthly in advance on the same date each month, or yearly in advance if you choose annual billing (two months free).
- Website builds: 50% deposit before work starts, 50% on delivery before launch.
- Ad management setup fees: paid before setup begins.
- Product sourcing: the fixed fee in your written quote, payable before we contact suppliers.
4. Invoices and receipts
You receive an email confirmation and receipt for every payment. Invoices for larger projects are sent by email and are due within 7 days unless otherwise stated.
5. Advertising budgets and supplier payments
Advertising spend is paid directly by you to Google, Meta or other platforms. Payments for goods in sourcing projects are made directly by you to the supplier. HLT Brands never holds these funds.
6. Failed or late payments
If a recurring payment fails we will email you and retry. Work on a plan may be paused if payment is more than 14 days overdue; we will always tell you before pausing anything.
7. Billing statement
Charges appear on your card or bank statement as HLT BRANDS.
8. Security
Our website uses SSL encryption, and payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.
9. Billing questions
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, email contact@hltbrands.com with your order number. We correct genuine errors immediately — please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.
