Terms of Service

The agreement between you and HLT Brands when you use this website or buy our services.

1. Who we are

These terms are between you (“Client”, “you”) and HLT BRANDS Household Business, a household business registered in Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam under business registration no. 040093006279 (“HLT Brands”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using our services you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide advertising services (including Google, Facebook, social media and product ads, campaign optimisation and reporting) and market research services (including customer, keyword, social media and market trend analysis). The scope, price and timeline of each service are described on our website or in a written quote. Anything not described there is out of scope.

3. Quotes and orders

Fixed-price services can be bought directly online. Larger projects start with a written quote; work begins only after you accept it in writing and pay any required deposit. Out-of-scope work is quoted before it starts or billed at $95/hour with your prior written approval.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment terms are set out in our Payment Policy. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the platform and are never included in our fees.

5. Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly advertising and trend-tracking plans renew monthly until cancelled. Any stated initial term applies first. You may cancel with 30 days written notice by emailing contact@hltbrands.com; there is no cancellation fee.

6. Your commitments

• Provide accurate information, content and timely access needed to do the work;
• Make sure the products, content, images and trademarks you advertise are yours to use and comply with the law;
• Comply with the policies of the platforms we work on for you (for example Google and Meta).

7. Ownership

You own your advertising accounts and your content. On full payment, you may use the reports, research and ad materials we create for you for your own business. We may keep a copy for our records. Third-party data sources and tools remain subject to their own terms.

8. No guaranteed results

We commit to doing the agreed work to a professional standard and reporting honestly. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or revenue, which depend on factors outside our control.

9. Research results

Our research is based on public data, search and social media data and third-party tools available at the time of the work. Markets change quickly, so findings describe trends and signals, not certainties. Business decisions made using our research remain your responsibility.

10. Advertising platforms

Advertising runs on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok, which have their own policies, review processes and pricing. We are not responsible for platform decisions such as ad rejections, account restrictions or changes in advertising costs, but we will help you resolve them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.

12. Confidentiality

We keep your business information and account credentials confidential and use them only to deliver the services.

13. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We will always try to resolve disagreements informally first; if that fails, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Khanh Hoa Province, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date shown above.
