Refunds Policy

When you can get your money back, and how quickly.

We want every client to know exactly where they stand before paying. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund, how to request one and how fast we process it. It applies to every purchase made through hltbrands.com. If anything is unclear, email contact@hltbrands.com before you buy — we would rather answer a question than process a refund.

1. Cancel before work starts

You may cancel any order for a full refund at any time before we begin work, with no questions asked and no fee. Just email contact@hltbrands.com with your order number.

2. One-time packages

Ad Account Audit ($29) and Keyword and Trend Snapshot ($49): if you are not satisfied with the report, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.

Market Research Report ($290): fully refundable before research starts. If the report is late by more than 5 business days, you may request a full refund.

3. Monthly plans

New subscribers to Monthly Trend Tracking or an advertising plan can cancel within the first 14 days for a full refund of the management fee. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice; months already billed are not refunded, but you keep all reports and work delivered.

4. Advertising spend

Advertising spend is paid directly to the platform and is subject to the platform’s own policies. It is not refundable by HLT Brands.

5. Custom research

Fully refundable before work starts. Once work has begun, we refund the unused portion against an itemised statement.

6. Services not delivered

If we cannot deliver a service you paid for, you receive a full refund for that service.

7. How to request a refund

Email contact@hltbrands.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within 2 business days.

8. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.

9. Your other rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
